Shipments and returns


Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working after receiving payment;  carriers offer tracking and drop-off, generally within 2-7 days after the order is dispatched. If you prefer delivery by a specific carrier or with other services, additional costs may be applied, so please select the corresponding options at the moment of ordering, or contact us before choosing such methods.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment and, usually, the country of delivery. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect the products you ordered.

For shipments to USA/Canada, with a value >200 USD, custom fees may apply. 

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected and ready to use when they arrive.


After every purchase, you will be directed to a page providing you with your order reference (e.g. HFSVQKFMO), Order status (e.g. awaiting wire payment), your invoice as a downloadable file, and a summary of your order.

When your order has been transferred to the carrier you selected, you will receive a mail from the carrier providing you with your tracking reference (which will usually be different from the Order reference mentioned above) and instructions on how to track your shipment.


Returns are dealt with as specified in the Terms and Conditions.
