When you have a skin rash and you don’t know what caused it, you can ask a doctor or a dermatologist to do a Nickel allergy test. It is called a Patch Test (contact hypersensitivity allergy test). Small quantities of potential allergens (including Nickel) are applied to the skin usually on the upper back. The patches must stay on for 48 hours.
After removing the patches, if the skin is inflamed, then you may be allergic to nickel.
If the results of the Nickel allergy test confirm the allergy, then you can try the Skintifique Nickel allergy Pack. This pack is based on an exclusive patented technology, Capturifique, which captures metals (Nickel, Chromium, Cobalt) at the surface of the skin, limiting their penetration into the skin and the harmful effects. This technology is combined with pure and safe formulations.
The Nickel Allergy Pack is composed of:
- Protective Cream HPS: a unique cream which provides up to 14 hours of protection while letting the skin breath.
- Moisturising Lotion HP: an everyday moisturiser for face and body which moisturises and protects skin from Nickel
- Cleanser P: a micellar lotion which cleanses, removes makeup and traces of Nickel from the skin… with only 5 ingredients
What are the results of Skintifique products on Nickel allergy?
Below are photos of a woman suffering from dyshidrotic eczema on both hands due to a Nickel allergy. After using the Protective Cream HPS to protect her skin against contact with Nickel, the Moisturising Lotion HP to moisturise her skin by day, and the Hydrating Gel Plus HS to repair her skin by night, a very clear improvement can be seen.
