Marc Rey joined Skintifique's Board in 2020.

For the previous 5 years, Marc had been CEO of Shiseido Americas and Chief Growth Officer.

As CEO of Shiseido Americas, he supervised the Shiseido companies in the United States, including NARS Cosmetics, BareMinerals, Dolce & Gabbana, Laura Mercier,  Tory Burch Beauty and Drunk Elephant, as well as other assets in Canada and Brazil.

As Chief Growth Officer for Shiseido Company, Marc Rey led the company’s global M&A efforts from New York (Drunk Elephant, Laura Mercier, MATCHCo, JWALK Creative Agency and Giaran Inc., an AI-driven technology start-up and the worldwide beauty license for Tory Burch). In his role as CGO, Marc also oversaw the global Digital Center of Excellence, and the Company’s Technology Acceleration Hub with offices across the US. Marc was a member of the Company’s global executive committee.

Prior to joining Shiseido, Marc Rey served as the Regional Vice President North America at Coty. Previously, he was the President of the International Designer Collection at L’Oréal USA (Yves Saint Laurent, Giorgio Armani, Ralph Lauren..). He first came to the U.S. in 2006 to turn around the YSL Beauty business.

Marc Rey holds an MBA from ESCP Europe in Paris and an AMP from Harvard Business School.
